As a CEO, HI Program Captain, and Promoting Owner, she is passionate about creating opportunities for growth and helping others recognize the potential within themselves.
Driven by her family and the desire to build a life centered around freedom and fulfillment, Celeste approaches leadership with both ambition and intention. Her favorite part of working at Atlas is the people and culture, especially the opportunity to support individuals as they grow, take on new challenges, and become the best versions of themselves.

Originally from Eastern Pennsylvania, Alexis Praetorius brings a people-first mindset and a love for new challenges to her role as Assistant Director at Atlas Marketing Group. After spending several years in the service industry as a bartender, Alexis transitioned into sales and marketing, where she discovered a passion for leadership, personal development, and building meaningful connections.
Alexis is driven by growth, new experiences, and the opportunity to step outside her comfort zone. She enjoys taking on challenges, learning new skills, and continuously finding ways to improve both personally and professionally. Her favorite part of Atlas is the people and the culture — being surrounded by a motivated team and watching those around her grow and level up.
Looking ahead, Alexis’s goal is to open her own Atlas office, ideally somewhere warm, while continuing to grow her team and build her brand within the organization. She also dreams of one day living abroad and experiencing life in Latin or South America.

Ammara Qureshi joined Atlas Marketing Group in May 2026 after graduating from Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media and Theater. Since joining the team, she has embraced every opportunity to learn, grow, and challenge herself — making her journey at Atlas an exciting upward climb.
As a Corporate Trainer, Ammara is passionate about personal and professional development. She is motivated by her family and inspired by her parents’ journey, which fuels her determination to make the most of every opportunity and build a future they can be proud of.
What she values most about Atlas is the supportive culture and the people she has the privilege of working alongside every day. Looking ahead, Ammara aims to graduate from the Management Trainee Program, step into a Director role, and build a thriving business. Her long-term goal is to continue growing her impact and ultimately reach the position of National Director.
